In late 2005, a group of Organ Procurement Organizations created a consortium to build a data management solution that could meet the demands of high-performing organizations. In 2006, the result of that consortium’s efforts was the creation of LifeLogics, Inc., an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
The team at LifeLogics began development in 2006 and, in February of 2007, released version 1.0 of TrueNorth, our flagship product, to our Partners. In order to meet the demanding quality standards of the FDA, AATB, and AOPO, in 2009 LifeLogics engaged a third-party organization called Reglera to validate our applications.
Since 2006, LifeLogics has built and deployed more than 15 customized applications that include more than 10 modules and thousands of customizations that integrate all OPO operations, resulting in increased productivity, efficiency, and ROI.
Today, LifeLogics’ products manage almost 1/3 of the nation’s organ and tissue donors, and more than 2 million donor registry records for the states of Maryland and Kansas.
The success of LifeLogics would not be possible without an amazing staff and really great Partners.
