About LifeLogics
LifeLogics is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization with a mission of creating intuitive, innovative and comprehensive technology solutions for the transplant community that increase their efficiency and enable them to save more lives. LifeLogics focuses on developing innovative technology solutions, integrating applications to provide comprehensive solutions into its platform, and best practices to help clients increase efficiency and save more lives. Through our applications, including TrueNorth, Copernicus, donor registry management, and mobile applications, we deliver tools to the transplant community to increase productivity through automation to allow our clients to reduce paper, streamlined processing, and enhanced user experience.

Information We Collect With Our Products
TrueNorth
When you access TrueNorth, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
Additionally, we collect your username, password, name, and contact methods. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
When you use TrueNorth, we collect and protect the various data you save while using the application. We refer to this information as “Application Data”.
Copernicus
When you access Copernicus, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
Additionally, we collect your email address and device IP address in order to authenticate your access. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
When you use Copernicus to provide referrals to an associated Organ Procurement Organization, we collect patient information provided by you in order to provide that information to the appropriate organization. We refer to this information as “Application Data”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Account Information.

Use of Information We Collect About You
The personal information we collect about you, whether it is from information you submitted to us or that we collected via technology, is used by us for reasons including to:

The application data we collect from you is used to provide you the services within each application.
TrueNorth: We will collect and protect the information provided. We only use this information for the purpose of providing services to you.
Copernicus: We will collect information for the sole purpose of transmitting that information to the appropriate organization. All information is then removed from the system – we do not store this application information.
Information You Provide to Us
LifeLogics collects personal information from its online visitors and users on a voluntary basis to fulfill any requests by you and to create or enhance our relationship with you. Certain parts of our Website may ask you to provide information: for example, we may ask you to provide your contact details, including your name, email address, and telephone number, as well as, area of interest. When you contact us by sending us an email, we will collect your email address and any information contained in the email you send us.
If personal information is requested, we will provide the reason why you are asked to provide and will make it clear to you at the point we ask you to provide personal information.
